Getting Started

Five simple steps to finance-ready credit

Everything is sequenced so you always know what happens next — and so payment always follows the work we actually do.

1

Set up SmartCredit monitoring

Create your SmartCredit account at smartcredit.com/royaleauto. Keep it active throughout your program — we need live monitoring to pull updated reports and run each round. This is your own membership, billed by SmartCredit.

2

Complete the secure intake

Fill out our secure intake form and upload your ID, Social Security card, and proof of residency (a utility bill). Your sensitive documents are transmitted securely and used only to process your disputes. You can complete the intake form below.

3

Review & sign your agreement

We send your service agreement and the Consumer Credit File Rights disclosure required by law. You have three business days to cancel with no penalty — take the time to read everything.

4

We complete your first round of work

We audit your reports and send out your first round of disputes against inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable items. Every dispute is reviewed by a person before it goes out — nothing is filed automatically or blindly.

5

Billing follows the work

Your first-round work fee is billed after the first round is completed. Ongoing service is billed monthly, after each month's work is performed. You never pay for work that hasn't been done.

Required by the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act and Florida law.

What We Do

A clear, lawful path from denied to approved

We dispute the items that shouldn't be dragging down your file, keep your reports monitored, and give you a concrete plan to build positive history — the two things lenders actually look for.

Multi-bureau dispute rounds

Methodical, Metro 2-format dispute letters across all three bureaus, escalated round by round.

Score monitoring & updates

We track changes as your reports update so every round builds on the last.

Personalized action plan

Practical steps to add positive history and keep your profile moving in the right direction.

Human-reviewed, always

Every dispute is checked by a person. We never file false claims or dispute accurate items just because you'd like them gone.

Transparent Pricing

Pay for work, not promises

By law, we can't charge you before the agreed work is performed. So we don't. Here's exactly what you pay and when.

Ongoing monthly service

$39.99 / month
Billed after each month's work is performed
  • Continued dispute rounds as needed
  • Ongoing score monitoring & updates
  • Client portal access & support
SmartCredit membership is separate and billed directly by SmartCredit — it's your own account and must stay active so we can pull updated reports each round. We never charge you before work is performed, and we make no guarantee that any specific item will be deleted or that your score will increase by any particular amount.
Secure Intake

Complete your intake form

Fill out the secure form below to get started. You'll provide your details and upload your ID, Social Security card, and proof of residency (a utility bill). Everything is transmitted through our secure dispute system.

Don't forget Step 1 — create your SmartCredit account and keep it active so we can pull your updated reports each round.

Questions

Things people ask before starting

Can you guarantee my score will go up?
No — and you should be wary of anyone who does. We can't guarantee any specific outcome, score increase, or that any particular item will be removed. What we can do is methodically dispute inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable items and give you a plan to build positive history.
When am I charged?
Only after the agreed work is performed. The $349.99 first-round fee is billed after your first round of disputes is completed, and the $39.99 monthly service is billed after each month's work is done. This is required by federal law (CROA) and Florida law — we never charge in advance for future work.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You have the right to cancel within three business days of signing your agreement with no penalty. You can also stop monthly service at any time — just let us know.
Why do I need to keep SmartCredit active?
We need current, pullable reports to audit your file and run each dispute round. If monitoring lapses, it delays your progress because we can't see your updated reports. SmartCredit is your own membership, billed separately by SmartCredit.
Is my personal information safe?
Your ID, Social Security number, and proof of residency are used solely to process your disputes and are handled with care. We only collect what's needed to do the work.
How long does credit repair take?
It varies by person and by what's on your reports. Dispute rounds typically cycle every 30–45 days, and most clients work with us over a few months. We'll be straight with you about what's realistic for your situation.
Your Rights

What the law guarantees you

Giant Auto Consulting operates under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and Florida's Credit Service Organization laws. These rules exist to protect you — and we build our entire process around them.

No advance fees

We cannot, and do not, charge you before the agreed service is fully performed. Payment always follows the work.

Right to cancel

You have three business days to cancel your contract after signing, with no penalty and no questions.

Written disclosure

You receive a written contract and the Consumer Credit File Rights disclosure stating your rights under state and federal law.

This summary is for general information and is not legal advice. You will receive the full, required disclosures and contract before any work begins. Credit reporting agencies and creditors are not obligated to remove accurate, verifiable information from your credit file.

Ready to get back in the driver's seat?

Start with your SmartCredit account and our secure intake. We'll handle the rest — lawfully, transparently, and round by round.
