Five simple steps to finance-ready credit
Everything is sequenced so you always know what happens next — and so payment always follows the work we actually do.
Set up SmartCredit monitoring
Create your SmartCredit account at smartcredit.com/royaleauto. Keep it active throughout your program — we need live monitoring to pull updated reports and run each round. This is your own membership, billed by SmartCredit.
Complete the secure intake
Fill out our secure intake form and upload your ID, Social Security card, and proof of residency (a utility bill). Your sensitive documents are transmitted securely and used only to process your disputes. You can complete the intake form below.
Review & sign your agreement
We send your service agreement and the Consumer Credit File Rights disclosure required by law. You have three business days to cancel with no penalty — take the time to read everything.
We complete your first round of work
We audit your reports and send out your first round of disputes against inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable items. Every dispute is reviewed by a person before it goes out — nothing is filed automatically or blindly.
Billing follows the work
Your first-round work fee is billed after the first round is completed. Ongoing service is billed monthly, after each month's work is performed. You never pay for work that hasn't been done.
Required by the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act and Florida law.
A clear, lawful path from denied to approved
We dispute the items that shouldn't be dragging down your file, keep your reports monitored, and give you a concrete plan to build positive history — the two things lenders actually look for.
Multi-bureau dispute rounds
Methodical, Metro 2-format dispute letters across all three bureaus, escalated round by round.
Score monitoring & updates
We track changes as your reports update so every round builds on the last.
Personalized action plan
Practical steps to add positive history and keep your profile moving in the right direction.
Human-reviewed, always
Every dispute is checked by a person. We never file false claims or dispute accurate items just because you'd like them gone.
Pay for work, not promises
By law, we can't charge you before the agreed work is performed. So we don't. Here's exactly what you pay and when.
Initial credit recovery
- Full tri-bureau audit of your reports
- First round of Metro 2 dispute letters
- Personalized action plan
Ongoing monthly service
